• Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason (EU distance-selling rules).

• Condition: Books must be returned unused and in resaleable condition (no writing, bending, stains, tears, or dog-ears). You may inspect the book as in a shop; any handling beyond that may reduce your refund to reflect diminished value.

• How to cancel: Email us or use the Model Withdrawal Form (we’ll provide a downloadable form on your order confirmation page).

• Refund timing: We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

• Return shipping: Buyer pays return postage and is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

• Defects or wrong item: If we made a mistake or the book arrived damaged, we’ll replace or refund at our cost under the EU 2-year conformity guarantee.
